One more good hit and we will have confirmation of our investment (Chromite or Nickel). One more good hit and the sky's the limit. There's just too much stuff in the ground for today's market to ignore at that point. Good or bad market, I don't think it will matter too much. Majors are waiting for this confirmation as well to make a move (IMO).

The market will recover, I don't know when (who does) but looking at many stocks that have already started to gain strength, I don't think we are too far away from that day.

We need infrastructure to solidify the ROF. Maybe the feds are waiting for the next big hit too to kick in some green for roads, rail, electricity.

There are still a few pieces to fit together but it will happen.
