Your concerns are very valid Sambone and maybe the following may mitigate the concerns.

Lets say one is clicking through the posts and one comes across a post that in ones opinion has fallen into the violation catagory, flag the post, and sit back and let another Hub Leader process the post, this is in every way not that unlike the way it used to be when agoracom was the moderator of our reported violation flagged posts. This should help the clarification process. That being said the process for the removal of the more blatant nasty type of posts that do need immediate removal should continue as such.
