Notster:

the NOT BoD is doing only part of the Consolidation that the Former BoD intended and were very well on their way to achieving. And the new BoD could only get this far because of the solid position the Former BoD placed Noront Resources in prior to stepping down and then continuing to support the Plans they drew up as long ago as 15 - 18 months. Seems the new BoD still needs the support of those they took over from.

And they have yet to NAIL DOWN fnc. And the Former BoD WERE well on their way on that one 8 - 18 months ago.

Thus, there is still more Consolidation WORK NEEDING completion! And it likely will require COOPERATION.
