I find this all very interesting when you consider that there definitely is history with the BoD and TME.

Bruce Durham was a BoD pick for CEO was he not? So if Bruce was in during the proxy what's to prevent him or TME from being involved now?

It would appear, were I paranoid the TME is preparing to remove itself from the property at the ROF or at the least is leaving it for a jv with NOT.

This could very well be our next NR. TME and NOT. I don't know for sure about BMK. They do have mass.

Did not WPR et al hit on BMK jv land last year?
