Yet to successfully manage a business requires a willingness to put in 60 and 70 hour weeks on a regular basis and get a paycheque only when all others have received theirs first." That K is exactly what I was getting at. There is so much excess in many of our labour costs that the owners of the companies are left with scraps. This in turn leads to a viability question of the owners (banks ,shareholders, even the employees etc). When the tipping point is reached, inevitable collapse follows or the owners in an attempt to stave off the inevitable find cheaper labour markets.

JMHO as always, and yes it is a beautiful day so am going to vacate and enjoy same.
