"For sure there is a takeover in the making..."

There has been a takeover in the making since hole 5. I wouldn't welcome one in the short term as we would not see real value for our investment this early. A 300% premium would only leave us with a $4.80 sp and that would really piss a lot of people off, myself included. The reason I picked 300% is because that is a number I have seen come up over the last while with takeovers. As for the W.F. deal, we knew it was coming just from the way they worded the options they have for dealing with it in the future. I would have bet my bottom dollar this was how it would turn out. I'll be looking for details and relationships of people as info. arises. For those who are not pleased, remember voting time will be coming up for the BOD.
