Looking at the trading pattern form Clarus, they are most likely using a computer program to accumulate the small lot shares all day long. Then, supervisor/trader keeps an eye on the chart and steps in with big orders when he feels the cheaper shares are done to knock down the wall and take advantage of the 100k shares available there. If as you point out, they want 9.9% in a hurry, and they only have 3.3M, we may see buying pressure for a while!
