Their are different ways to skin the cat , so to speak.

If you wish, reference, two particluar cases handled by Kosky Minsky (law firm)National Trust, Montreal Trust versus Bank of Nova Scotia on pension surplus. The employees in questions won over 120 million in surplus which BNS was going to take only until the employees formed a group as I described and presented to the board thru this group.

Although this is quite different from what is being discussed, it does demonstrate that competent representation is nessesary whenever dealing or representing a group of shareholders or employees.
