Humpty D: Waiting for a General Meeting's vote is a waste of time if done at the last minute. It is also a waste if done early but not enough votes are represented to have any effect.

So the only recourse is - First collect enough names and quantities of shares they represent to determine if there is sufficient representation, else forget about it.

There is another method which is costly and only done with a company in serious trouble with its investors. This is not the case here so I only repeat it's mention.

That is - Spend money to hire a law firm to put the matter before a judge of the court. Not done lightly and Forget About It in this case. No cause in my humble opinion.
