Most Americans have never heard of the Tsx.Venture, and many of those who have, do not trade there because of its reputation for shenanigans and wild fluctuations in price! (Similar to our U.S. "BB" over the counter market!) "Investors" just don't go there.

Listing on the TSX brings credibility and far larger volume, and opens dNOT to the U.S. market. As it is, I'm asked "How do you trade that stock.? There's no volume in the U.S.market." Then when I mention the Venture they say "No, I don't want to go there".

Many of us, since Richard's leadership, have been assuming an application for TSX listing was in the works. We were never told that it was not. I do think this is an important question for the Shareholder Lunch...

Has NOT applied formally for TSX listing, or not?! and if not, why not?
