Errrr... Mike, with respect, I think you might being a little naive. I am by nature an optimist, but also a realist, and therefore believe that the company would and should do whatever it can to maximize its potential for its shareholders whilst not taking anything for granted.
A TSX listing exposes us to a much broader investment audience, which is necessary to attract new buyers. Those new buyers who will help move the SP up as more news comes out. The number of buyers we can attract whilst on the TSX-V is certainly far fewer than what we would attract on the big board...
No sense limiting your potential and placing all your eggs 'in the basket of blind faith' that you plan to take with you 'to da moon', and I am sure that the greedy bunch whom we are all counting on to make us all thousands of years of beer money will be very cognizant of this fact and the need to broaden our buying audience as much as possible.
I have little doubt that a TSX listing has been a priority for NOT for a while now, and with good reason. I think with Windfall out of the way, we are moving closer to realizing this important objective.
Btw, are you aware of Parisotto's previous employers?
Regards,
B.
