With all due respect, you should take some time and do some DD and re-think your claim/statement that "I'm not seeing anyone really apply knowledge here".

I would specifically suggest that you peruse Hoov's history of postings. In addition, you might want to review mine as well. There are others too.

I assume that you have considerable experience in these matters from a formal education and/or personal experience.
