Mouser, don't know how you got to be president.... particularly when you don't know the answers to most of these questions which have already been dealt with. To add, it's interesting how you started your post, asking questions and then, what would be the equivalent of soft bashing as you crescendo to the end. If I could have, I would have deleted your post. Do some back reading for these answers. You seem to know enough to ask the questions, I expect you know the previous postings regarding them.
