Well, thanks for the reply but the issue is couched in mystery. DD in this case would take a lot of time and maybe someone will actually tell me what happened. If not a full takeover then what happened for example. It seems there's either a takeover or there isn't. Does it mean that there was a takeover offer but only a certain percentage were offered and bought? So that the offeror has effective control but not full control. No need to be coy in your response!
