Let me Guess!

End of Month and more importantly (explaining the Big Volume only after the manipulation to $1.72), END Of 3rd Quarter. Seems the Manipulators working together are in need of Squaring their Accounts.

Guess the Regulators and Exchange allow their Active Manipulators to do these necessary things. Would not want to interfear with normal Manipulation Practices and cause infighting among the Manipulators! Would they?
