I repeat - who votes? Some posters around here seem to think that both NOT and FWR shareholders have a vote - but it's the NOT Board who authorises the issuance of treasury shares and the FWR shareholders who vote i.e tender or withold So what percentage has to approve? Unless I'm missing something this is a fundamental point
