Yes but why would they build the rail line? Surely it must be for positioning. We'll build it but we will control it - otherwise why bother? If they own the line would they control the ore. What's the logic? It seems a legitimate question to me. If there is enough ore someone could build their own line. To my simple mind it's a conundrum. Unless Cliff could use the line as down/part payment for purchase of FWR
