It's not NOT's fault that some people had false expectations about what an AGM is, and can achieve. After all, what is an Annual Meeting? It's a formal meeting where Directors are elected, auditors appointed, remuneration, options etc, set and attendees get the chance to ask questions. The answers and questions have no formal status. That's all.
