exactly - there has been a lot of this stuff of late, as if the older posters somehow have a proprietary ownership of the board and maybe it is time for these types to move on and let other people have a go and learn about the company. Some of these posters* should try to imagine what it is like to come to this board fresh - frankly we don't have time to go back through all the history - we have to learn as we go, sorry but there it is

* with some notable exceptions who show real patience
