Message: Sincere Takeover Attempt or Backdoor Approach

I don't need to read it again - I know how it works. Sure they can change the terms, but you as a shareholder of FWR also have the right to withdraw your shares from the offer as well at any time up to Nov 18th. What does NOT want with only 30-50% of FWR? Part of the objective of the take-over is to gain the cost savings a combined company would realize & the leverage it gains with respect to infrastructure costs, permits & First Nations discussions. And, NOT can not remove the shareholders rights clause - It must be done by FWR. In fact that clause could end up causing the most grief in this deal IMO.
