NOT can remove the Shareholders Rights clause if they feel they will not attain the majority they need and only want to get the shares they can.

NOT has also made themselves the final authority on all share withdrawls regarding timing, correct forms, signatures, etc, etc.

I still feel it is wise to hold on to your shares until you are 100% sure you want to part with them.
