With all due respect, the "proxy" issue is long behind us.

It is in temporary terms, but is it really?

If memory serves me well, then there was some kind of "company policy" expressed, that Noront wanted to get rid of their JV agreements in order to re-gain 100% control of ALL NOT claims (to attract a larger company more easily, because it would look for an undivided 100% interest in an area as large as possible).

Your statement of saving cash on Noront´s part and letting someone else spend money to explore the property and still retain an interest was "Noront´s way 2008" (or should I say Richard Nemis´way) but definitely NOT Noront´s direction 2009, unless I have missed something.

So what has changed the company´s point of view regarding a 100% interest in their claims ?

Maybe it is people related, meaning Wes Hanson changed this "policy".

But if that is the case, it would be nice to see a Noront PR on this JV with some kind of explanation, because I deem any JV agreement as "material", wouldn´t you ?
