Is it possible that this is the way that NOT backdoors itself into the fwr/spq/kwg properties and slowly starts the consolidation?

Is it possible that NOT and UC are already working on a deal to consolidate the 2 companies and this is the window dressing to start?

They recently did a JV with PRB as well and it all is starting to take shape for me.

I might be way off here but it looks like some very strategic planning on the part of NOT.
