Glorieux as you know if a CO. is waiting on news which is not public yet ther is a blackout ie. pending assays etc, drilling visuals etc.. That is why when at last tears AGM Parrisoto was asked if he owned any stock his answer was " couldn't buy any we were always in a blackout". This would also pertain to issuing options etc.
