I agree with that Gerwin.

The company is currently under blackout-fact

According to DJO (plus this makes sense) options could not have been given out last week or voted at the AGM if a blackout was in effect. So this tells me something new and material has happened and caused this blackout.

At our current SP and point in time, what are the odds that a material event could have a negative impact on our SP? What is this possible event? (no guesses here unless someone stole our treasury?)
