From Canaccord Coffee comment:

That is a false statement. This is a prime example of the hysteria that is thrown about regarding this merger. No one is taking away anything.
To me that comment smacks of propaganda.

It is an attempt at establishing a commonality.
A FWR shareholder would still own FWR assets but would share them with a NOT shareholder in the same way that a NOT shareholder would share NOT assets.
What is so difficult to understand by Canaccord of all?

'We are undervalued.' So who is not in this market?
It is natural to value one's own assets but it is also so to undervalue someone else's. We
have to be cognizant of our nature and look at these things objectively.
