Trivia? Are you serious?

When I spoke to Mr. Hanson after the AGM he stated, clearly, that NOT only wanted FWR cromite. He made it clear that if NOT was successful in their hostile takeover bid for FWR, their (FWR) other assets would probably be spun off. I asked if he meant like Windfall, and he answered that there were no guarantees.

Many on this board have forgotten about Windfall; and you call my concerns trivial! I don't think so.

And, I am not emotional. I just want the best bang for my buck. As I see it a merger at this time with neither company having time to prove up and let the shareholders in on their findings is premature and opportunistic.
