Takeover = Merger, not Buyout.

FWR holders would still be left with an investment in FWR's current deposits, but would benefit from the advances of BOTH sets of properties. Unless a FWR holder thinks NOT shares are without value (or of significantly less value than FWR shares) I don't see why they would feel "ripped off" by this deal?
