We have to believe that for the most part the BOD is smarter than us when it comes to this stuff. They have been doing this for a lone time.Well at least I believe that. When you make an offer like this it was not thought up on a napkin at the local pub. There is a VERY strategic reason for them wanting FWR and because of that I want them to get it. I only own NOT just so you know.. This will benefit the FWR guys I believe as well. They are not losing any money the only reason not to tender is that they belive their is more potential rise in FWR than there is in NOT... Just my thoughts TTY
