Freewest surrender of shares.

I have been told by Schwab that I must tender my NOSOF shares by Noember 10 to be part of the 66%.

I have been in contact with NOT and asked would it be possible for NOT to keep my Freewest shares if the deal does not go through. JJ said I could get them back for sure if the deal is not completed. She said it would be covered in a question-answer NR. I want to see it in writing before I tender my Freewest shares.
