NOT pointed out in their release that the only reason FWR shares are up as far as they are right now is because of the interest in the takeover offer (and looking at the lack of substance in FWR NRs since the offer was made, I have to agree).

They also pointed out that if the offer is not accepted, FWR shares will tumble right back down to their pre-offer levels... somewhere in the high 20's - low 30's.
