Yes, NOT sent out an offer on Monday. My understanding is that at that point the insiders of both NOT and FWR knew there was an offer; so NOT had no choice except to proceed.

Regarding FWR being in play, I note that share price of FWR is none too strong despite the posibility of an offer by a third party. I can only assume that the offer by a third party has little or no credibility.
