MM, actually FWR is saying they have dropped their right to invoke the SRP as far as any take over offer by NOT. So to clarify, NOT's 4-1 offer is written as such they can add, subtract extend or cancel their offer. FWR is commited by legal contract without change to not invoking their SRP as long as NOT's offer remains valid.
