Not necessarily. As I understand lots can happen. As long as NOT keeps an offer on the table once Dec 1, 5pm comes and goes FWR has agreed not to invoke the SRP.
To clarify and to keep it simple, let’s say NOT's offer is the only one on the table, and the White Knights offer did not come through. Let’s say by the morning of Dec 1 NOT only has 50% of the shares. Not needs only to say they are extending the offer another two weeks as to give time to the FWR holders to digest the failure of the White Knight offer and time to tender their shares to NOT. In this case the SRP is still off the table
Of course NOT could also sweeten to the or negotiate with the FWR board to sweeten the pot by lets say splitting off all FWR projects and property other than those in the ROF.
