How did you manage to sneak Xtrata in there. Sorry but if Cliffs wins FWR, then the RoF will be Cliffs plaything. If Cliffs wins FWR then NOT is weakened and you will in the long run get less for your FWR and NOT shares combined. That would apply to any future offer for NOT from Cliffs or any offer from Xtrata as well since NOT would be a much weakened company.

I do see a need for "immediacy" and believe that NOT should proceed as quickly as possible to take over FWR.

There is no doubt in my mind that 1+1=3 and maybe alot more than 3. All IMHO.
