This campaign trying to get people to tender their FWR shares to NOT is a test on one's intelligence. Sure, I think a NOT/FWR combination is best for NOT shareholders in the long run. But, should I sacrifice my hard earned money to the cause because NOT can't get their share price up to a value that makes their offer supperior?

Bottom line is this. I would be better off financially to sell my FWR and buy NOT at this moment in time. If NOT really want the FWR shares, they know what do....and just saying please won't cut it.

A NOT price of $2.80 or better will do it. That right now is the right price.

Otherwise, I will take my chances....much can and will happen between now and January 15.
