Congrats to our BoD for making this increased offer-great move IMO. They will now be subject to the 6M penalty and we are getting more dilution but Cliff's has showed us the potential of the chromite and makes these financial considerations very worth while.

Cliff's now has only 11 days to respond, the only thing I do not like is that we may have painted ourselves into a corner by saying this is our final offer. I guess we will have to see how Cliff's reacts but letting them know we will not bid higher could give them enough courage to come back one more time with a better offer.
