Edge, we may have known the value of Chromite, we being the people on this board and the big boys following our little company but the market has never priced chromite correctly. Cliff's a minor major and for someone of that size to tell the market it can yield 1.4B $ in revenue per year for 30 years is something the market needed to hear from someone other than Noront.

I talked to JJ this morning and let her know that us stating this is our final offer had painted us in a corner. She said that it was the BoD that insisted that this will be our final offer. She went on to explain that if Cliff's comes back with a better offer, they will walk away a winner still as they know, and everyone will know that infrastructure is coming. We are the dominant land position holder. We have a very valuable asset in Eagle 1 that will be worth even more once infrastructure is in place. We have our own Chromite with 43-101 coming soon, we have vanadium. So, we will come out of this as a better company no matter how this thing goes.

"Cliff's has showed us the potential of the chromite"
We did not need to be shown anything by Cliffs that we did not already know or suspected. I think you are being to kind to Cliffs.

"I do not like is that we may have painted ourselves into a corner by saying this is our final offer."
And I do not see this as us being in a corner. It is a final offer for Entire Freewest.
I had hoped that this offer would be just for the Ring of Fire assets as the Cliffs offer is. This would have put us on a more even playing field.

So the next offer, should there be one from Noront, can be only for the Ring's assets.

Needless to say, I am not pleased with the current offer, 173% is ridiculously too much. I would have offered 1:4 only for Ring's assets now or gone away.
