This one is the only one that applies:

Dillution is when the share count increases with the assets remaining the same or not increasing as much relative to the increase in number of shares. This is by definition of the word.
When two companies are combining their resources and shares then it is improper to call it dillution. It is sharing nothing more nor less.
I guess Freewest issuing shares to Cliffs to pay themselves is not dillution.
This very idea of dillution was brough up by the very people who are more dilluted than us. Very hypocritical in my opinion and I think the less of them for it.
