Interesting to see them start to accumulate FWR once again after the announcement of CLF closing the purchasing of warrants + the current pp. Could this be the SA connection helping to tip the scales in NOT's favor? If there is a backer for NOT why do they actually have to show their face, instead they could hide behind an investment house. This is only me thinking outside the box ...
