Well..to be honest I do not really understand the warrants but if I'm correct the following in case I tender :


I only own about 10000 shares of FWR so this would leave me with approx 3000 shares of NOT (3.5 to 1) and as a "bonus" I get about 1400 warrants of Noront (7 to 1)?

If this is correct then I will have some seriously thinking about tendering my shares from FWR to NOT.
