I do not agree that they NEED Cliffs. They have a team that could start to develop and grow the next Canadian mining company. Yes it would take a long time but they could.

But more realisticly, they would like to consolidate all properties that have any economical deposits to mine. Then once enough is proven up and put together into one company bring on "MULTIPLE LARGE MAJORS" . Start the bidding and drive one combined companys share price to the moon!

The only major needed is the one that wants it more than everyone else! This is my personal hope!
