If Noront has 34% or higher why put out positive news? Let Noront's sp slide, therefore so will FWR's and later pick up FWR's shares for a fraction of present price. Once they have their 50 or 67% then they can look around for other prospects whose sp's will also be down, sorry the word is "Opportunistic" outlook.

What buying of others may occur now is probably some anticipating Noront's move and filling their pockets before Noront reloads.
