Someone ( Herb? ) said that the value of the chromite in-ground per today's news relaease is 7.5 billion $.
In-groung gets a best discount to 5% ( due to 43-101 out, much less without ), that makes it 375 million $. That means we have additional value per share with the shares at:
164 million shares = $2.30 per share
174 million, dilluted = $2.15 per share.
I guess the other Noront assets have no wiggle room to be of value because with our current share price of $2.36, (2.36 - 2.30 or 2.15) they are worth only 6 to 21 cents.
There is an obvious discrepancy between the numbers and market reality. Something has to yield sooner or later. I am betting that it will be the market and it will have to accept a range of 6 to 8$ per share as total. 2$ for the chromite ore and 4 to 6$ for the rest. No, I am not adding any Blue Sky value here.
Even with an initial and partial NI 43-101, market has to give a value to this chromite resource. That is the reason for putting a resource estimate out to the public while the incentive to be first is purely political bragging points.
I'm just ball parking.
