That would be nice, wouldn't it? It may take a bit of the spring out of the step of those who were setting themselves up before looking out for their company or their shareholders.

If things like that happened more often in this country (i.e. high level people being held personally accountable for their "business" and "political" dealings) it would creat a lot more trust in "the system".

Making an example of one can strike fear into many. Fear and respect.
