My point:

I believe that any entity operating on Canadian soil should be subject to Canadian law in any type of circumstances .

The partial retraction of the chromite news release by Noront, even after the 43-101 , i can accept because at some point was believed to be improper and i applaud the " Agency "for protecting the investors at large .

The law , including the financial market rules and regulations , should be equal for every living and breading individual on earth including corporations big and small .

Instead the Canadian rules and regulations of the stock market in this case , are victimizing the actual people that they are trying to protect .

How can you stop Canadians corporations for not abiding 101% to the rules and letting a foreigner one on Canadian soil off the hook because not registered in Canada.

Are we so embedded with our integrity and fairness that we are loosing sight of our fellow Canadians and institutions ?
