Interesting. But, it is all so new, I find the banks are sometimes confused. I can't get help from Hubby on that, he things possibly you can, but I think the government has plugged that little loophole. I don't know where you can go for an accurate answer, but you should try to find out and if you really do, let us know. I don't think that is so, but I certainly gloriously stand to be corrected.
