Just to clarify the issues in this dispute, it is not about wages. The issues are as follows:

1. Pensions....all new future employees would be on the defined contribution plan vs the defined benefit plan. Current employees have the choice.

2. Nickel Bonus...the company wants a higher entry point based on the price of nickel. This is because their costs have gone up.

3. Seniority for job postings...transfers would be limited to once every 3 years.

Wage rates remain unchanged.
