The posters to Bartulucci request have NO idea of the history of unions.

Who do you think established all the benefits we enjoy in Canada?

They were all fought for and won by union action. Healthcare negotiated into contracts first.

National healthcare established by Tommy Douglas by union example.

No discrimination clauses. Seniority rights. Fair labor laws .The right of free association.

Hence civil liberty laws.

I am a retired union organizer. I have seen the worst of free enterprize.

I know our history. You must learn yours.
