I had tendered my FWR shares to Noront before the Dec. 11th deadline. However; I have just received the FWR/Cliffs Phone Book & Proxy Circular in the mail.

The transfer of my shares was recorded on or about December 29th and I understand that the Date of Record for the FWR / Cliffs vote was set for around the 22nd of December.

Does this imply that ALL of us that had tendered our FWR shares to Noront are now Eligible to Vote in the upcoming decision concerning the Cliffs bid??????

There were approximately 11.75 Million shares or 4.5 % of Freewest Shares that were tendered to Noront, so I am wondering who actually has the Voting Rights at the meeting for later in January on these shares.

Has anyone else also tendered their Freewest shares to Noront and also received a Voting Proxy for the FWR/Cliffs Decision in late January???????

If this is the case, then I would be interested in hearing some type of Direction or Release from Noront expressing their thoughts on the upcoming Vote, so that I could Vote the FWR shares that are technically 'Theirs', in the manner that Noront would prefer.............
